Ingredients

  • Wagyu ground beef
  • medium onion
  • garlic minced
  • soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and cracked black pepper
  • butter – optional

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Aromatics

  • Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Very briefly, take a second to inhale that scent apparently this step sets the mood for everything that follows.

Step 2: Heat Your Skillet

  • Warm your pan over medium-high heat until it feels properly hot. Add butter if using.

Step 3: Sauté the Onion and Garlic

  • Toss in the onions first. Let them soften and get a little golden. Add garlic after a minute. Stir gently.

Step 4: Brown the Wagyu Ground Beef

  • Add the Wagyu ground beef gently and break it apart with your spoon. By and large, let it sit a moment to develop a crust before stirring

Step 5: Season the Mixture

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, soy sauce, and Worcestershire. The aroma will surprise you

Step 6: Let It Simmer for Depth

  • Lower the heat just slightly and let everything meld for 3–4 minutes. Very short
