Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • Cream cheese
  • Pepper Jack cheese

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Don’t skip this you need that heat ready so your Rotel Sausage Balls cook evenly and stay juicy inside.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, drained Rotel, cheese, and Bisquick.

Step 3: Shape the Balls

  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Try to keep them roughly the same size that way, they bake evenly

Step 4: Bake Until Golden

  • Place the sausage balls on a parchment lined sheet, leaving space between each. Bake for 25–30 minutes

Step 5: Cool Slightly Before Serving

  • Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving. This helps to hold it together and makes it easy to handle.
