  • Eggs
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Milk
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Oats or crushed crackers optional
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Brown sugar

Step 1: Mix the Base

  • Bring a large bowl. Add the ground beef, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Using your hands, mix the ingredients until well combined.

Step 2: Shape Your Loaf

  • Transfer the meat mixture into your loaf pan or shape it on a baking sheet.

Step 3: Add the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar or hot sauce. Spread half on top of the loaf.

Step 4: Bake to Perfection

  • Place it in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for about 55–65 minutes. You’re aiming for an internal temp of 160°F (71°C).

Step 5: Rest Before Serving
