- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup ketchup plus extra for the glaze
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
