Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breasts
  • Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • Mayonnaise
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Butter melted
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Fresh herbs
  • Shredded provolone

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the chicken sauce

  • Take a large bowl and mix the Italian dressing with the ranch dressing. Add the chicken pieces and toss them in the dressing until they are completely coated.
    Cover the bowl tightly and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.

Step 2: Fry and cook the chicken

  • Heat the oil or butter in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the chicken strips and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Step 3: Mix the base sauce

  • In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the Parmesan cheese, Provolone cheese, and ranch dressing, stirring well.

Step 4: Build the Crust

  • In bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.

Step 5: Assemble Bake to Perfection

  • Preheat the oven to medium heat. Take a large ovenproof pan, grease it with butter, spread the chicken slices in it
    Add the sauce evenly over each piece and sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture. Then place in the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 165°C.

Step 6: Rest and Serve
