Ingredients
Leftover cooked chicken wings
Optional: a light brush of oil olive
avocado
Optional: extra sauce buffalo
barbecue, garlic-parm
Optional: seasonings smoked paprika
garlic powder, cayenne
Instructions
Step 1: Bring wings to near room temperature
Let leftover wings sit out for ~10-15 minutes. This helps them reheat evenly.
Step 2: Pre-heat your method of choice
Oven: Preheat to ~350°F (175°C).
Air fryer: Preheat to ~360-400°F.
tove: Heat skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Arrange wings properly
Place wings in a single layer. Do not stack them. Allow spacing so air circulates. If in oven, use wire rack or foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 4: Add moisture/texture boost
If wings look dry: lightly spritz with water or brush with oil. This helps crisp up skin & avoids dryness.
Step 5: Reheat
Oven method: Bake ~10-20 minutes; flip halfway for even crisp.
Air fryer method: Heat ~5-7 minutes; flip/shake at ~midpoint. Check for crisp and internal temp ~165°F.
Stove method: Place wings in oiled skillet, flip occasionally until heated through. Good for plain wings.
