Ingredients

  • Leftover cooked chicken wings
  • Optional: a light brush of oil olive avocado
  • Optional: extra sauce buffalo barbecue, garlic-parm
  • Optional: seasonings smoked paprika garlic powder, cayenne

Instructions

Step 1: Bring wings to near room temperature

  • Let leftover wings sit out for ~10-15 minutes. This helps them reheat evenly.

Step 2: Pre-heat your method of choice

  • Oven: Preheat to ~350°F (175°C).
    Air fryer: Preheat to ~360-400°F.
tove: Heat skillet over medium heat.

Step 3: Arrange wings properly

  • Place wings in a single layer. Do not stack them. Allow spacing so air circulates. If in oven, use wire rack or foil-lined baking sheet.

Step 4: Add moisture/texture boost

  • If wings look dry: lightly spritz with water or brush with oil. This helps crisp up skin & avoids dryness.

Step 5: Reheat

  • Oven method: Bake ~10-20 minutes; flip halfway for even crisp.
  • Air fryer method: Heat ~5-7 minutes; flip/shake at ~midpoint. Check for crisp and internal temp ~165°F.
  • Stove method: Place wings in oiled skillet, flip occasionally until heated through. Good for plain wings.
