- 1½ cups shredded Swiss cheese Gruyère for premium flavor
- 1 large egg beaten
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 medium onion finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter melted
