Ingredients
  

  • Cucumbers
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Feta Cheese
  • Red Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Dried Oregano
  • Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep the Veggies

  • Wash, slice, and dice your cucumbers and tomatoes. Keep them roughly the same size

Step 2: Slice the Onion

  • Thin slices, not chunks. The red onion adds a zesty bite but can overpower if you go heavy-handed.

Step 3: Mix the Dressing

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shake it up.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  • Toss your cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in a big bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and mix gently so the veggies glisten evenly.

Step 5: Add cheese and adjust seasoning.

  • Crumble feta on top. Don’t stir too hard feta likes to keep its shape. Sprinkle a pinch of extra oregano
