Cucumbers
Cherry Tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Red Onion
Olive Oil
Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Veggies
Wash, slice, and dice your cucumbers and tomatoes. Keep them roughly the same size
Step 2: Slice the Onion
Thin slices, not chunks. The red onion adds a zesty bite but can overpower if you go heavy-handed.
Step 3: Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shake it up.
Step 4: Combine Everything
Toss your cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in a big bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and mix gently so the veggies glisten evenly.
Step 5: Add cheese and adjust seasoning.
Crumble feta on top. Don’t stir too hard feta likes to keep its shape. Sprinkle a pinch of extra oregano
