Ingredients

  • Turkey wings
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Garlic powder & onion powder
  • Paprika smoked or sweet
  • Dried thyme or rosemary
  • Chicken broth
  • Optional: A splash of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Clean and Pat Dry

  • Rinse your turkey wings under cool water, then pat them completely dry with paper towels

Step 2: Season Generously

  • Throw those wings into a big bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.

Step 3: Arrange for Perfection

  • Lay your seasoned wings flat on the baking pan skin side up. Pour the chicken broth gently around not on top of the wings.

Step 4: Bake and Wait

  • Cover the pan with foil for the first 45 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Then uncover and bake another 30–40 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5: Optional Glaze

  • Want that glossy finish? Mix a spoonful of butter, honey, and hot sauce, then brush over the wings in the last 10 minutes.
