  • ½ pound ground pork optional
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup ketchup

Instructions
 

Step 1: Mix the Base and Season

Step 2: Shape the Loaf
