Ingredients
  

  • lamb chops
  • olive oil
  • garlic cloves minced
  • fresh rosemary chopped
  • thyme leaves
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Step 1: Prep the Marinade

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2: Marinate the Lamb

  • Rub the mixture over the chops, making sure every inch is coated. Put them in a sealed bag or covered bowl. Let them sit for at least an hour the longer

Step 3: Preheat the Grill

Step 4: Grill the Chops

    Medium: 145°F
    Well done: 160°F

Step 6: Rest Before Serving
