- 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp each Garlic powder & onion powder
- Kosher salt & cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp optional Cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- BBQ sauce of choice
