- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon
