- Steak Flank or shoulder
- olive oil
- packet onion soup mix
- baby potatoes halved
- large onion sliced
- carrots cut into chunks
- celery stalks chopped
- garlic minced
- beef broth
- Worcestershire sauce
- dried thyme
- dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients
Cut your steak into serving-sized portions and prepare all vegetables. For maximum flavor, season the meat well with salt and pepper
