  • Pasta: penne or rotini
  • Chicken breasts
  • Bacon
  • Ranch dressing
  • Cream cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic: minced
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  • Bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente. (Don’t overcook no one likes mushy pasta.)

Step 2: Cook the Bacon

  • While the pasta cooks, fry the bacon until crispy. The smell alone could make anyone hungry.

Step 3: Prepare the Chicken

  • If using fresh chicken, season with salt and pepper, then sauté in butter until golden and cooked through.

Step 4: Build the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt the butter, then toss in the minced garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds don’t burn it!
Add cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until smooth. Pour in the milk to reach your desired consistency, then toss in shredded cheddar.

Step 5: Combine Everything

  • Add the pasta, chicken, and half the bacon into the sauce. Stir gently until every piece is coated with that creamy ranch

Step 6: Serve It Hot

  • Garnish with green onions, maybe some parsley. Serve immediately while it’s still creamy.
