  • Let rest at room temperature for 5 minutes while preparing other ingredients – this prevents thermal shock

Step 2: Create the Signature Garlic Cheese Mixture (3 minutes)

  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and freshly minced garlic until smooth.
  • Fold in half the mozzarella and all the cheddar cheese, creating a creamy base
