  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-12 inch size works best
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese freshly grated melts better
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp variety adds depth
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder as substitute)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise creates creamy base
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking chicken
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken (5 minutes)
    Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika, ensuring even coverage on both sides
    Use a rolling pin or meat mallet to pound to a consistent thickness (about 3/4 inch) for even cooking

    Step 2: Create the Signature Garlic Cheese Mixture (3 minutes)
    In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and freshly minced garlic until smooth.
