Ingredients

  • 1 pound Premium ground beef 80/20
  • 4 cups Fresh mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup Crisp dill pickles
  • ½ cup Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Premium garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Quality onion powder
  • ¼ cup Classic mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Organic ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet pickle relish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Meat

  • Remove ground beef from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking
Combine seasonings in a small bowl: mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
Gently work seasonings into the meat, avoiding overworking
Heat your skillet over medium-high heat until a drop of water sizzles
Break the meat into loose portions before adding to the pan
Cook ground beef in a single layer, breaking into crumbles
Continue cooking until meat reaches 160°F (about 8-10 minutes)
Drain excess fat if desired, leaving some for flavor

2. Create the Special Sauce

  • In a clean bowl, measure out mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish
Whisk ingredients together until completely smooth
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use
Bring to room temperature before serving your burger bowl recipe

3. Prep Fresh Components

  • Wash and thoroughly dry all fresh vegetables
    Slice cherry tomatoes in half
Cut red onion into thin rings or half-moons
    Dice pickles into bite-sized pieces
Shred or slice cheese if not pre-shredded
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces if needed

4. Assemble Your Burger Bowl

  • Start with a generous base of mixed greens (about 1 cup per bowl)
Position warm seasoned ground beef in the center (approximately 4-5 ounces)
Arrange tomatoes, onions, and pickles in separate sections around the beef
Sprinkle cheese over the warm meat to allow slight melting
Add any additional toppings like avocado or bacon if desired
Drizzle with 2-3 tablespoons of special sauce
Garnish with fresh herbs if using
