  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
 

Step 1: Caramelize the Onions
