- 12 oz Pasta 12 oz – penne, rigatoni, or rotini
- 2-3 Chipotle peppers in adobo 2-3
- 1 cup Heavy cream 1 cup
- 1 cup Chicken broth 1 cup
- 4 4 cloves Garlic yellow onion (1 medium)
- Cumin smoked paprika, salt, pepper
- ½ cup Parmesan grated
- 1 Lime juiced
