- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 1 medium green cabbage chopped
- 1 large yellow onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Step 1: Season and Sear the Chicken
Pat chicken pieces completely dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, pepper, and half the paprika.
