Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: paprika honey, soy sauce

Instructions
 

1. Prep the salmon

  • Pat the fillets completely dry using paper towels.

2. Season generously

  • Drizzle olive oil, then rub in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
