Ingredients
  

  • medium sweet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika or cinnamon optional
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Fresh herbs
  • A drizzle of maple syrup
  • Garlic powder

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep the Potatoes

  • Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly. You can peel them, but I usually don’t the skin crisps up beautifully. Slice them into even rounds, about ¼ inch thick.

Step 2: Toss in Oil and Spices

  • In a big bowl, drizzle olive oil over the slices. Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, and whatever seasoning mood strikes you paprika

Step 3: Arrange and Bake

  • Spread them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Don’t overcrowd the Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes on one side, then flip each slice carefully.

Step 4: Rest and Serve

  • Take them out and let them rest for five minutes. That’s when the exterior sets perfectly while the inside stays tender.
