Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it’s heating, dice the potatoes into even cubes. Don’t make them too small they’ll dry out.

Step 2: Toss & Season

  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Give it a good toss until every piece

Step 3: Spread & Bake

  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the potatoes in a single layer crowding is the enemy of crispiness. Slide the tray into the oven.

Step 4: Flip Midway

  • After 20 minutes, take them out and flip using a spatula. This tiny step don’t skip it creates those gorgeous golden edges that everyone fights over.

Step 5: Bake Until Perfection

  • Return to the oven and cook another 15–20 minutes, or until the potatoes look irresistibly golden-brown.

Step 6: Garnish & Serve

  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley or even a dusting of Parmesan cheese.
