Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Buttermilk
  • Fresh herbs
  • Garlic powder & onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Lime juice

Instructions

Prep the Avocado

  • Slice it in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and drop it into your blender. Simple.

2. Add the Base

  • Now add your Greek yogurt (or sour cream), buttermilk, and those fresh herbs.

3. Season Smartly

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, a pinch of salt, and some black pepper.

4. Blend Until Creamy

  • Pulse until smooth. Check the consistency. Too thick? Add a splash more buttermilk. Too thin? Toss in an extra spoon of yogurt.

5. Chill & Serve

  • Transfer it to a jar, refrigerate for 20 minutes, then taste again. Cold dressing always tastes sharper and smoother.
